Conference delegate registration extended

UNISON has extended the deadline for registering delegates to June’s key conferences – national delegate conference (18-21 June), local government (16-17 June), energy (17 June) and water, environment and transport (16 June) – to Thursday 4 April.

All these conferences are taking place in Liverpool.

This follows problems with the union’s RMS membership system during the past week, which have in turn affected branches’ ability to register delegates for the conferences on the online conferences system, or OCS.

So, any branch sending delegates to any of these conferences, now needs to register them on the OCS by:

• water, environment and transport conference – 5.0pm, 4 April;
• energy conference – 5.0pm, 4 April;
• local government conference – 5.0pm, 4 April;
• national delegate conference – 5.0pm, 4 April.

Please encourage your branches to register delegates as soon as possible within the new deadline dates.

All other conference deadlines remain the same.
